Masquespacio is a creative consultancy with its headquarters in Valencia. Since its establishment in 2010, it has been leading the way in the world of design and interior decoration. Founded by Colombian Ana Milena Hernández Palacios and Belgian Christophe Penasse, the agency combines interior design, marketing and experiences culminating in fresh and innovative projects.
The creative duo has managed to position their firm as one of the most internationally renowned, winning many awards such as Elle Decoration Spain’s ‘Young Talent of the Year’ and The New York Times’ T Magazine’s ‘Interior Designers of the Year’.
Masquespacio continues redefining interior design with their distinctive approach and commitment to innovation, leaving their indelible mark on every project they embark on and extending their influence to international markets including Spain, Norway, Germany, France and the United States. The firm’s innovative approach and integration of different styles such has New Memphis, Art Deco and Futurism have been key to their success.
In their latest venture, Ana and Christophe present their Home Studio in Poble Nou, Valencia. A space that not only sums up their journey as designers but is also a statement of their vibrant and eclectic style. Following an arduous quest, they found an old typical Valencian home dating from 1925, which they have lovingly restored while retaining its original essence and beauty, combining hydraulic mosaic tile floors, bare brick walls and a palette of full-colour tones and contemporary materials.
The story behind their project is a testimony to the role Valencia plays as a world-renowned centre of creativity.
